Thrive Behavioral Healthcare seeks to provide support for a strong, vibrant community that will allow all individuals to reach their full potential. To do so, we provide case management services, resources, housing, and in-home care based on the needs of the person.  We offer several services for both minors and adults that can be contracted through a person's Individual Service Plan (ISP) in coordination with their Service Support Administrator (SSA).  While we are primarily based in Lorain County, we are able to serve all 88 Ohio counties.
