Direct Support Professionals (DSP): 

Do you have a talent for bringing out the best in people? Does brightening someone else's day make you smile? If so, working with individuals with disabilities may be for you! While working as a DSP, you will help individuals develop life skills and community connections. 

Must have:

• Excellent attention to detail

• Integrity to ensure clients feel safe and comfort

• Reliable transportation  and a current Driver's License with less than 5 points. 

• Good interpersonal skills when working with clients

• Physical stamina when performing tasks such as lifting 

• High School Diploma/ GED

• Ability to pass a Medication Administration course

• Must pass background check

Managers:

• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, reading ISPs, and managing individual funds.

• Excellent communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to train others to follow individual specific protocol

• Current Driver's License with less than 5 points 

• Ability to pass a Medication Administration course

• High School Diploma/ GED

• Must pass Background check

Drivers: 

• Current Driver's License with less than 5 points 

• Ability to safely transport individuals with specific mobility needs in company vehicle

• High School Diploma/GED

• Must pass Background check
